You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We do not accept returns on ANY electronics (radios, receivers, servos, etc.), batteries, motors, or electronic speed controllers. If these items are defective, we will exchange them for the SAME ITEM ONLY. Please contact us with any questions you might have before sending back your product.
Please read the first line of the policy again. We accept returns for unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Let's be real. That's a fair policy, right? But before you go away unhappy, shoot us a message. Maybe we can work something out. Maybe not, but it's worth a shot.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Again, it most likely wont take this long. The process is much faster than this in most cases, but we ahve to give you the "worst case" scenario just in case "it" happens.

We can ship to virtually any address in the US and US Territories. We ship from several locations across the US. In some cases, your items may not be available at the warehouse closest to you, so it will take a couple extra days to come from a warehouse that has what you want in stock. We will do everything to get your item to you as quickly as possible. We promise!
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all destinations. Stuff like some batteries, and fuel, and paint... that's some hazardous stuff. But, if you really want it, let us know. You'll just have to cover the enormous HazMat shipping fees that go along with shipping some of those things.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for some items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
In Store Pick Up
For our local customers, we offer the convenient option to pick up your order in the store. Just place your order, and once we have everything ready for you, we will contact you to let you know your order is ready for pick up. It's that easy!
